If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you do decide to return your purchase, please follow these instructions:

2. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package
3. Ship it back to us at the following address:

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Damaged Artwork
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to [email protected].
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us within one business day letting you know about the status of your order.
