Mussarat Arif (b. 1972, Karachi) is a Pakistani artist and calligrapher, known for her contemporary interpretation of Kufic calligraphy. A graduate of the Karachi School of Arts, she began exhibiting in 1996. Her practice combines calligraphy, abstraction, and mixed media to explore spirituality, identity, and cultural heritage. Her work has been exhibited extensively in Pakistan and internationally and is held in public and private collections.
