Ali Azmat
Ali Azmat (b. 1973, Multan) is a Pakistani figurative painter and Assistant Professor at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. A gold-medalist MFA graduate, he is known for large-scale hyperrealistic charcoal drawings and oil paintings exploring everyday people and social realities. His work has been shown in Pakistan and abroad, including London, and has earned the National Excellence Award from PNCA.
