Born on March 7, 1980, in Lahore, Pakistan, Tahir Bin Qalandar is the son of Sufi sage Ghulam Rasool Qalandar. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Miniature Painting from the National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, in 2009, completing his thesis in digital lenticular art. In 2010, he pursued a diploma in Calligraphy, further honing his skills in this sacred art form.

Artistic Journey
Before fully dedicating himself to calligraphy, Bin Qalandar worked as a graphic designer for a decade. His calligraphic works are distinguished by their intricate layering, bold color schemes, and the integration of geometric patterns with fluid forms. Drawing inspiration from his Sufi heritage, his art conveys themes of peace, love, and spirituality.
