Sanaullah

Sana Ullah hails from Chitral, a picturesque region in the northern area of Pakistan. He is a gold medalist from the Department of Art & Design at the University of Peshawar and has earned an M.Phil. degree from Punjab University.

Artistic Journey and Influences
Sana Ullah has been practicing drawing and painting since his childhood. His artwork is heavily inspired by his deep religious beliefs, with themes derived from the Holy Quran, Sufism, and his personal experiences with meditation. As a Chitrali, he has also been drawn to his native culture, particularly the Kalash community and the landscapes of Chitral, which he often depicts in watercolor.

Exhibitions and Recognition
Sana Ullah's work has garnered international recognition, with his paintings displayed in some of the most prestigious art galleries worldwide. Notable exhibitions include IWS Fabriano in Italy, Dubai World Trade Centre, the Portuguese National Pavilion in Lisbon, and the PNCA permanent display in Islamabad. His work has also been showcased in several prominent national galleries such as Ejaz Art Gallery, Citiart Gallery in Karachi, Shakir Ali Museum in Lahore, Alhamra Art Gallery, Aiwan-e-Iqbal, and Anamolika Art Gallery in Lahore.
