Artistic Practice
Saba's artwork is deeply inspired by the ordinary aspects of her surroundings, which she perceives as reflections of complex human emotions and states. She often draws parallels between elements of nature and human experiences, such as viewing the churning water as a symbol of conflict or the darkness of dusk as a representation of dejection.
Her portfolio encompasses a diverse range of styles and mediums, including oil on canvas, watercolor, and calligraphy. Notable works include "Islamabad Hyderabad," an 18x18 inch oil on canvas cityscape, and various seascapes and landscapes that capture the essence of natural and urban environments.
Her contributions to the arts have been recognized with awards such as the Gold Medal for securing the highest marks in the Faculty of Arts and the Silver Medal for achieving first position in her Bachelor's program.
